1. Initial Consultation. Very important!! Do not visit any new home communities before contacting Hendrickson Realty Group and communicating which properties you would like to visit first. Depending on the new home communitiy, this could invalidate the referral if the Hendrickson Realty Group's agent is not indicated on the registration card or pre-registered for initial visit. 2. New Home Search. Visit new home builder communities on list given to you by the Hendrickson Realty Group agent or from a self-conducted search. Make sure you indicate Hendrickson Realty Group as your buyer's agent on the registration card during the initial visit at each and every new home community. 3. Decision Time. After making your new home selection contact Hendrickson Realty Group (Marvin) for consultation, negotiation, and verification of company and brokers information to be entered on any purchase agreement or contract before signing. 4. Rebate. Expect rebate within 14 days of funding and closing if not already applied to purchase. (Client is responsible for payment of taxes on rebate money received.) |
